Car almost stalls upon start-up only when warm! Help!!

Ok, so sometimes when the car is warmed up and I turn it off and leave it for a bit, I'll come back and try to start it up and it will either stall, or almost stall. The idle is fine... around 750rpm or whatever it's supposed to be at. No other drivability issues... What could be wrong and what should I do? I tried doing the idle air relearn and can't for the life of me get it to work! So I think I'm gonna take my car to the dealership and have them do the idle air relearn and see if I'm getting any codes thrown..
Any suggestions as to what this could be???
Thanks.

It's possible your battery is on the way out.

Mine acted the same way when my battery started going. Sometimes it would start up and rev way up to 2500-3000 RPMs, and others it would barely sputter over 1000 RPMs.

Of course, mine did it hot OR cold...

The idle relearn process isn't hard at all, just make sure you have a stop watch while you doing it. No pending codes?

I don't know if I have codes... I'm gonna go check today. I HAVE tried the idle air relearn with a stopwatch... it won't work! I swear I'm doing everything right...
Hey, could a bad alternator cause this? I know it's starting to go bad because my interior lights dim pretty bad unless the rpms are higher...

Bad connections could also cause this. Have you checked your terminals and grounds?

^^^ no I haven't. Where should I check besides the battery terminals and the one ground under the battery?

Could this be a Throttle Body (IACV) problem? That would really suck...

Throttle body is dirty. Had the same exact problem, cleaning the TB completely cured it. Make sure you do a search for the correct procedure, you move the throttle plate without using the gas pedal and you can kiss the throttle body good-bye. Better yet, pay a mechanic $40 to clean it.

Hmmmmm....smh I also have this problem. Every now and then it does it. I know I was having problems with my battery, got it recharged and its still doing it. Had my mechanic check it out and I witnessed that there were no codes (this was after he installed my other transmission). Car had sat for about 4 months. Told me to drive it around to blow it out. Its get'n better but every now and then it stalls itself out. Guess I need to have him clean the TB?
