Replacing MAF, is this the right part?

Hi all, I been having the following symptoms on my 2000 Maxima and have came down to the conclusion of a bad MAF

- reduced performance
- stumbling
- jerky starts with AC running
- smoky cold starts
- power drop off at higher RPM
- uneven power while accelerating

is this the right part to order? Also, how long does it take for the ECU to get use to the new MAF and relearn itself? Thanks a lot all!
