It is really hard to inspect them while they are installed on the crossmember since the rubber is covered by a metal plate. To inspect them properly, you'll need to support the engine with a scissor jack and block of wood and remove the crossmember with the 2 mounts. Then you'll easily see if the rubber is completely torn away from the metal pin that the bolt goes through.

But it never hurts to get under there with a small flashlight to see if you are able to see the rubber part of the mount.

Would someone mind posting the Ebay motor mounts that they purchased and used? I see a lot and I'm skeptical if they're all listed correctly. IE I don't wanna buy mounts that say "fits 2003" but its for an '01 with VQ30DE-K.
