Weird problem.... what could it be??

Hey guys havn't posted a thread in a while but ive been around lol. Heres the problem... i have an 00 maxima with a stage 1 exedy clutch and fidanza flywheel. When im the only one in my car it drives fine its flawless. But when i have my 250lb friend in the front seat and i accerlerate in first gear its crap. It feel like something is spining in the drivetrain and is bent. EX.) imagine having a bent flywheel.... when you accelerate under a heavy load you feel the vehicle chasis shake as if the flywheel is ready to come out of the tranny. It only does this under a heavy load. When its just me its fine. The car has 179000 but it runs very good. Can it be my motor mounts?? or maybe is it the tranny itself. (also it gets much worse when ive been driving for a while and the car is warm with my friend in it.)
any help would be great!!!

come on guys one of you has to know..... the problem only happens when their is weight in the car, if its just me it wont do it. Its like something is loose and the whole chassis is shaking the harder i press the gas.
