03 bulb help!!!!!!!!

i bought some new bulbs for my car, went from stock 6000 whitish blue to 8000 blue blue. for some reason the blue seems like it doesnt fit. i bought the bulbs off ebay and i gave the guys the specifics of my car. I mean all 03s should have the same bulbs size right?
Anyways my lights flicker on and off while im driving. i removed them the same way i took them off. twisted the cap off, turned the harness counter clockwise. took harness off, removed the retaining clip off and out they came out. for some reason when i put them back it them seem loose. I through the old bulbs out like a jerk, i mean they were damaged anyways.
advice please. was there something on the old bulbs that i was suppose to put on the new bulbs????
help please

Highly doubt you threw away from the old bulbs, but it is pretty tricky to put them back in the correct way to be right on the money and not be loose. I got mine from HIDextra.com for 32 bucks the 8000k and no problem at all with them!! I get some things from ebay but went with them but good luck!!

Make sure that person sent you D2R, not D2S.

They should be D2R. You might have D2Cs or D2Ss, and those would either not fit or not fit perfectly. Grab a picture of bulb or something.

If you determine that they actually are D2R's, and they are just shoddy, I'd highly recommend getting a pair of D2R bulbs of your color choice from ddmtuning.com. That's what I have, and they're excellent... and only $15/pair!!!
