Marble sounding clutch

Have a sound like a bunch of marbles when in Neutral. When I depress the clutch a little it goes away. Replaced clutch 25k miles ago. Any idea?

Thks

Sounds like you are describing a bad throwout bearing.

I just had this a few months ago, it resulted in me paying out the nose for a total rebuild. Bad bearings

Throwout bearing 99% of the time. Possible input shaft bearing in the trans, but that's rare.

Drop the tranny and turn the input shaft by hand on the tranny. If you hear sort of a grinding sound, its the bearing inside the tranny. If this feels ok, its the throw out bearing.
