I finally have an oil leak

I see a few drops every week but not enough to see any major oil loss between oil changes.

When I got under the car, the oil had formed a drop at the motor and trans joint.

I have read several threads on the RMS vs. Upper Oil pan leak.

My 01 GLE has 197K miles now and I was wondering how I should go about this.

Can someone advice what I need to look for to confirm which of the 2 is leaking?
