This has been going on since I bought the car. I thought it was the struts originally, so I replaced those when I lowered the car...still there; replaced the upper strut mounts...still there. It sounds like a high pitched chirp noise coming from the front of the car whenever i hit bumps or rivets in the road. Only other thing i can think of are the motor mounts. car has a little over 150k on it. Idea's?

 

my 2001 infiniti g20t, was lowered on tein-H techs i had this same problem,
its so annoying it sounds like something needs wd-40 if that makes sense, i know exactly what ur going through it makes ur car sound old and broke down, i never found out the problem but as soon as i saw h-techs i knew that was the problem, it must be the teins.
