UPDATE: Got mine. Very Cool !!

I have to admit I was a little worried but ordered them anyway. I have to admit they LOOK VERY GOOD on my garage poles. The install was about 15 minutes, the directions were good and it came with everything I needed, even alcohol wipes and a little packet of protectant 303(?) for the rubber bumpers.

I got a digital camera for xmas and will post some pictures and a bigger install/review later.

Wife is happy that I was able to get rid of that carpet thing I had taped to the pole. I think a 35 bucks well spent.

================================================== =======

Was searching around for something to protect my door from my garage poles (lollie columns) and came across these.

http://www.protectivgear.com

Anyone tried them yet. Are they soft? Is red the only color.

May order them anyway tomorrow and finally get rid of the carpet foam taped to my garage pole.

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know before I spend 35 bucks!

Thanks

Medman

i havent tried them or heard anything about them but having your door hit rubber is definitely better than having your door hit a metal pole, right? i personally dont see anything wrong with the foam you already have there. if it does the job then why not keep it?

Door Protectors

I work so hard to have my car look good. When anyone looks the car in the garage, I have this crummy looking thing on the pole. These look nice at least. But if it protects as cool as they look, I may try em out.

I will get a set and let ya know. Think they give any .org discounts!
