My wife drives a Camry and says my Max is homely.

When she first saw it, she thought it was a Hyundai (from the front).

Then she saw the new Jukes, so now she thinks my Max looks OK.

Proper English is nice every time. The bumper and Accord lip are rice, 24/7.

MissMaxine, thanks for having mine in the post.

Good Lord man, subtleness is key when modding a Maxima. Slapping on body kits like that is a one-way ticket to ricerland with the fart-canned Civics and Accords. That kit looks absolutely awful, in my opinion anyway.

Sure, you could put a nice big intercooler in there. You have to turbocharge it first. Take care of performance before making the car look ridiculous. If it's fast, at least you'll have something to make up for it looking ridiculous.

Example: I passed an EJ Civic on the way home from school yesterday going the opposite direction. The entire body of the car was primered and I could hear the huge exhaust from a long way away, even as it was coming at me. I was about to start laughing until I saw the intercooler and piping running behind the front bumper. I nodded my head and drove on. My point being, I can respect a car that isn't the prettiest thing out there when performance has been given a higher priority than looks.

The E30 M3 is one of my favorite cars of all time. Beautiful styling and the performance and handling one can expect from a BMW-engineered sports car.
