Those with UDP's with bolts that hold the timing ring...

So I just received my OBX UDP and was looking up some info on here about the installation of UDP's and I ran across where some people had problems with the bolts coming loose that holds the timing ring to the pulley and I was a little worried about installing. I talked to someone that had the exact same pulley and they said to just locktite the screws. Wanted to know of anyone else has had this type setup of a UDP and let me know how they treated the timing ring bolts...

Here are pics of the bolts if you don't know what im talking about

also im trying to see if I have the timing ring up there correct, I took the ring off not marking how the ring was placed on the pulley. I think i have them correct because I didn't take the ring off completely. If someone knows how the 3 metal tabs on the timing ring is suppose to go by looking at the notch in the middle of the pulley, let me know. Or will I be able to tell which way the timing ring goes on when I take the stock one off?

I might actually get it mig welded around the screws and then sand it back down smooth to be safe....
