Stupid car having too many problems!!..
Are the motor mounts on the max really that weak?? I don't even drive my car that hard.. I thought it was my axle when I heard cracking/crunching noises coming from the driver's side when I pressed the gas moderately and then let off.. I went under the car and saw nothing wrong with the axle.. Found out it's my cracked engine mount moving around.. Second time it's broken!!!
I hope the dealer honors my warranty. I know when they see my mods, they'll flip out and probably bich about how I drive and shiet!!.. My car is having too many problems.. I think I'll drive my car until the engine falls off and then sue Nissan!!...
And my stupid trannny is slipping for sure.. It shifts into 2nd gear at 4000 or above rpms during mid-throttle.. Didn't realize until I did the VB upgrade yesterday.. Stupid Nissan sold me a lemon!!.. THis is gonna be the forth time (6th problem) I visit the dealer for service and it's only been 14 months, 2k1 miles!!

I can't believe that your having this many problems. I have a 00 GXE with 45,000 on it and have had 0 problems with it. I don't race it, but it is at about 80 everyday. Tell the dealer to fix it and then ask to see the parts, they legally have to show you, also try another dealer. Remember the lemon law (you got a book from Nissan telling you your rights and how to use it), tell Nissan whats going on, they want to know, also let your salesperson, know they may help, don't give up, you paid alot of money for that car, remind them that word of mouth can really hurt a reputation. I hate hearing someone having problems with their max. F&^k!!!!

I feel the same way RBA. I've had a few issues with my car and the dealer "cant seem to find anything wrong". I love the Max, but hate all these little problems that keep coming up.

How do you tell if the Motor Mount is broke?
If I disengage my clutch FULLY and step on the gas medium-to-hard from a STOP I get a slip then clunk feeling.
I thought maybe my clutch was slipping, but maybe it's a motor mount moving around. I don't know.
I've only got around 9000 miles(80-90% hwy), but I did beat it up a little at the track awhile ago.

They wont hassle you about mods as long as you don't have NOS or an SC!!!... Don't be scared about dealer's hassling you about mods... They know that as long as it's not the leading cause of the problem, they cant do $hit...
My car wont be ready till tomm afternoon.. Anyone wanna race??? I just bought new kicks and I'm dying to test them out!!..
Sprintmax, care to run me??? And I mean that literally..
