Diagnosis Plug

Stopped at the local auto parts store to get my CEL. diagnosed was told they couldn't get a reading. Possibilities: that the fuse to it may be blown. Okay anybody no where this fuse is located.

There are 2 fuses that "feed" the connector, F10 & F12. They are both 10 amp fuses.

F12 has power direct from the battery and F10 has power only when the ignition switch is in the ON or START positions.
