Exhaust work on my 2002 ? need help from you guys to make decision

Hi...maxima 02 , 120k miles with major loss of power (my prev 97 max auto with 180k miles was pulling harder) , unknow maintenance history (it's 2 months with me now,was much better when I got it) , rusty exhaust from the very origin from engine all down , SES P0420 (cat bank1 failure) comes consistantly , and needing the piece of mind with it .... So I am thinking for R&R the whole thing to the level of the cat at the middle of the car(may be doing the rest at a later time)

Please I want to know what option I have and from where to get parts...please I need parts
1.closest for the OEM parts..with O2 sensors holes
2.quiet...please not loud engine sound
3.direct fit .. easy to install for a sunday mechanic.
4.at least no loss of lower or middle power range...I don't want some thing more than the factory power , if more and fulfils the rest of the points , that's fine ofcourse.
5.reliable..(wify drives the car , and I don't want her to be stranded in the middle of a highway)

so what to get and from where ? and how much you estimate the cost ?

Are you asking for exhaust manifold and y-pipe suggestions? If so, just look at Walker or Bosal. OEM replacements at decent prices.

You might be able to find a low mileage exhaust, all three cats, pipe and muffler from someone here who has done the full header/catback install.

I got both precats from someone here who put headers on their car at 60k miles. Bolted right in, got rid of my P0420 code and dropped my 45-85 time nearly 3 seconds.

OBX headers, gut your stock cat and get the SRS catback or megan racing

Headers $400
Exhaust $400
Gutting your cat, (priceless)... theres some things money cant buy, for everything else (jk jk)... but idk if you will be doing labor or not but labor price should be about $550-$650 everything installed
