Replacing struts, wanting to replace my "spring seats" or "spring isolators" as well...

Can someone help with figuring out what the difference is from

54034 +A and
54034 +B

on the 2000-2001 Diagram.....not sure if I need both or what? It seems to me that the "+A" is all I need but what is the "+B."

EDIT: notice the 02-03 diagram only has the "+A" spring seat.

Are the rubber isolators and I have both on each side, 2 for the passenger and 2 for the drive side ... as well I have two on each of my rear springs

 

You might want to start using this online parts catalog. No prices, but you get actual Nissan part #s in their entirety so that there isn't that A/B confusion. Check it out and bookmark it.
