Hey guys, yep! I'm posting on this issue again!!! Sorry

So the issue I'm having is:
I get into my car in the mornings (2k auto 134,000 kilometers) start it, it fires up and my rpms sit at 1300 ( about 0c outside) while its warming up if I get the rpms to sit at 1500 rpm they will drop off to about 1200 rpm and I hear kinda a pulsating sound in the revs but don't notice it pulsating on the tach( almost like my timing is off. I can accelerate hard and this doesn't happen, its only when I let the rpms creep up to 1500. When I take off in the mornings slowly I can feel it as well. Its almost like I'm trying to accelerate softly. While holding down on the brake and I have warped rotors. If I accelerate fast I don't feel it. Once its warmed up its almost gone but I can still feel it in that rpm range when cruising or taking off from a light.

My idle is good not rough or anything
It starts fine when its cold, but when its hot. I occasionally get a funny start it turns over but idle is low and chuiggish for like 3 seconds then its fine.

I have cleaned the upper chamber with a moto vac, cleaned iacv and tb. I cleaned the maf and iat.
I have replaced, air filter,cts, upper plenum gasket,tb gasket, plugs with non ngk's but there a good iridium plug,and it happened befor the plugs were changed. New fuel pump and filter.
I have tested my coils, there good, fuel pressure is good, performed a smoke test no leaks, checked for movement in the egr valve, it was good, tested tps and maf ( tps .43 with a good steady sweep) ( maf seems ok I have the readings if you would like) so the only real things I'm stuck with now r possibly still the maf sensor, I was also thinking maybe my map sensor or knock sensor???? Anyone else with these problems?
