Brake problem!

I have a 2k1 Max. I am having problems as described in the brake judder Technical Service Bulletin. However the TSB in the sticky thread is for a 2000 Max. Is there a TSB for a 2k1 for the brake judder problem? Service is telling me its only covered up to 12k miles. Does anyone have the 2001 TSB?

Wondering if anyone can provide this or a link. My Anniversary Edition obviously has warped rotors with 14k on it (highway miles) and needs repair. Any help would be appreciated.......

My gosh it the same damn thing! geez, just go back to them and get them to do the work saying its the same car!

If they say they changed something have them follow you to parts and do VIN searches for a 2k and 2k1 rotor part number. Exactly the same. If they still say no, go to another dealer b/c they are dumba$$es! Or just tell them that you will call Nissan NA. Once you call them make sure you have the TSB number and if it comes right down to it bluff them by saying that it will be the last nissan you ever (and anyone in your family) ever owns because the service is pathetic. They will most likely kiss you a$$ at that point.

If that doesn't work ... well your screwed. sorry.

Seriously though, find another dealer ... and tell the one you saw you are and why!
