"they come with complete instructions. Some kits even include a step-by-step video to walk you through the installation process"

It is pretty insane looking when you open them up. I thought to myself WTF did I get myself into last time I did it... But I think if I take my time I will be able to do it lol. I am going to ask my Grandfather in law if he will help me out.

Does anyone have instructions or would this be in any type of manual I could purchase?

It would be nice to have a diagram just in case I drop a spring or something and can't remember where it goes.

Apparently those instructions are really thorough, just what you need.

I posted in the wanted section but if I don't hear anything soon I am going to install the shift kit myself. Is there anything lesser than the HD2 from transgo? I just don't want it to shift super firm. I don't mind if its firm but its it slams between gears my wife will probably flip.

the only thing that worries me is the instructions. I am assuming it comes with a diagram... But I don't want to assume with something of this caliber lol.

No, you want the first one. And haven't you seen the write-up threads?

I have not actually, and I ended up buying a VB from someone on the forum lol. So hopefully I will never have to look at the write up lol.

Yes, VB mod is, IMO, easy, albeit a bit more expensive, but considering how those installs "look", to some, may be worth it.
