17" wheels on 2000GXE

Looking to replace the 15" steel rims on the GXE. My question is in doing this how far off would the speedo be. I'll be running 225 50 17 sized tires.. Would I need a drop. I know that 16' were an option..... Thanks

As long as your 15" rims/tires were stock size, and the 17" rims/tires are stock size, they will have the same OD, and thus, the speedo will not be altered
