For a second time, I'll help out.

Climate control lights out

I know, makes so much sense, you can't figure out why you didn't think of it right?

Just replaced mine last week. I have the manual HVAC (Not climate control one) and it takes 3 bulbs.

Bulb part number from Nissan: 27545-1W600
Cost: just under $4 each from the dealer

"How to" on swapping them out:

Probably one of the most well written DIYs on this site I've ever seen.

Wow you really are a complete idiot aren't you, I"m sorry to just call you out like that, but you're going to get lippy with me when I try to help you out? You really don't have a brain do you?

Here, I'll hold your hand:

SEARCH FOR: Climate control lights out

That simple search would have yielded these results:

http://forums.maxima.org/search.php?searchid=1729599

Which clearly show this current thread, and then just below, the very recent (03/04/2011) thread by Gizmo:

http://forums.maxima.org/5th-generat...wont-work.html

In which I went into full detail about how to replace the lights, I even included pretty pictures, you're really going to love it, I didn't colour anything so it may be just out of your age range, but I'm sure if you try to concentrate you'll figure it out.

Because I fear you're as incapable of clicking those links as you were incapable of accepting the Spoon feeding I offered originally in this thread, here is that entire thread I was trying to help you search for:

Has anyone ever had this problem and fixed it? If yes, how?

Thanks!

If you're talking about the Illumination portion, there are 3 small bulbs in the ACC unit.

You have to remove the unit, pull it apart and then replacement is simple.

Nissan should have the bulbs you need for a reasonable price, if not, you can try taking one into RadioShack.

Ill post a couple pics for you in a bit.

If it's 3 bulbs in the ACC unit, then I'll need to know how to remove it.

Invest in one of these:

pepboys, autozone, whatever.

one Phillips (star) screw in ashtray, then Use the tool to pry around the shifter, remove shifter trim (you can just slide it out of the way),

Then pry top vent off, remove.

two 10mm head bolts on top, two on bottom, pull assembly out, 3 or 4 Phillips screws into the side of the ACC on each side, slide ACC out and unplug. Then follow photos.

Most people would have said SEARCH.

Next time I may be one of them

Kthxbye
