How to remove the side line on a maxima 2002 ?

Hi
Mine is faded with areas where there is no line at all....I want to wipe it out completely.......What is the best and cleanest way to do that ?

Do you mean the pinstripe? If you do.. then use some rubbing compound after you have thoroughly cleaned the area and follow that up with a polish and then a wax to repair any marring that the compound would have made on the surface. If that dosent work then you will need some 2500 or 3000 grit wet sand paper. If you don't know what you are doing its better off leaving it to a pro so you don't burn up the paint. I have a shop in the NYC area where I do things like this. PM me if you need help.

Buy one of those rubber wheels that the body shops use. I Think its called a magic eraser? It goes on a drill and you hold it at an angle. I used to have one and used it to take my pin stripes off. I had a 4th gen with the sticker type pin striping and it worked like a charm. I tried tons of other stuff but it was by far the best and easiest thing.

Mine was a yellow color I have no idea what the specs where.
