Transmission grinding noise

Transmission grinding noise
In my 03 Maxima when going about 20-25mph and i step on the gas WOT when the rpm's get to about 5K i hear some type of grinding noise from the transmission. Wondering if any of you have experienced the same thing or could possibly know what it is?
