Vq35 Cover, Exposed!

I was bored and cleaned my engine bay today, just lightly dusted it, and needed to get into the cracks and crevices, and noticed the big 3.5 cover in the way so I grabbed my allen wrench and took it off, I thought It would look like the VQ30's but a bit bigger, but it looked a bit different.....

it looks the same to me except for the intake manifold.

thats what I want to know! apparently there are two hoses hooked up to it, something to do with the intake? they're mini hoses I pulled them out, they were hollow, and tried to mess with it but I didnt want to.

it's probably just a vacuum thing or some fuel module.
