Got a few newish additions, including rear window spoiler, dual tip muffler, and new rubber for the 350Z's =)

I was selling but too many lowballers offering 2Gs and such so I'm keeping it. Also the window spoiler is from ionic dynamics and yes my car is an original AE I just lost my from lip in a front end collision a year ago. It's was 850 for new AE lip or 150 for new stillen lip so I went with the stillen lol.

The muffler is a universal amazon black matte/dual polished tip muffler.

nice ride..glad you decided to keep it man..its to pretty to sell to some idiot that won't appreciate it...lol. I remember seeing you're add when u were selling it and remember bc thats about the same time i was tryin to sell mine...Maybe if you decide to re-sell it I could help you out and take it off your hands for a good and FAIR price. What were you trying to get for it jw...you won't hurt my feelings if you decide to keep it. completley understand bc I kinda have sellers remorse from my maxima and kinda wish i still had it so maybe looking for another one somehwhere down the road..again NICE max bro..great looking car and very unique and clean as well. :-D

The 2001 AE w/skirts is a gorgeous car. You could do far worse than keeping it, and enjoying it for another few years. Particularly one as clean as yours.

Fitment on your rear corner wrap-around is off. Funny that you would take a picture of that. Wheels look real good (z-rims, yes?), as do the smoked tails and markers. The roof spoiler looks horrible, as most roof spoilers do (IMO). Other than that plastic nonsense, you've got a fantastic car there, OP.

I wish my Max had something special like that AE trunk badge. (Hope Moncef isn't reading this. )

This thread should be moved to Member Rides, but then I might not have seen it otherwise, so meh.

rochester, ya the rear corner wrap-around is a bit off just needs to be re-positioned but its not my top priority right now lol.

and from that window spoiler thread i already know you hate those things but oh well it sets mine apart from every other max rollin around my area.

i wish i still had my AE front lip but a 98 Jaguar stole that from me when he cut me off a year ago.

overall i love the car and i get compliments on it on a daily basis

Nice AE. I don't really prefer the smoked tails but hey, it's your car. Sorry to hear about your front lip. Ever looked for a set of 5.5 HIDs?

Car looks good besides spoiler IMO. I also have genuine AE but unfortunately car lost ALL lips before i purchased it... likely sold or stolen. Glad to hear you didn't sell your Maxima. Don't make a mistake like that.

Interesting you mention that. I installed the AE replica and it has the same 'slightly off' look. I've seen it on true AE's and replicas alike, not quite sure why that is.

It's very clean and deserves them, I love that about this car. It doesn't show it's 'age' nearly as obviously as cars of the same year do.

Canadian AE's didn't come with the aero kit.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, that car looks fantastic.

thanks for all the compliments guys, really makes me wanna keep the car that much more

as for the rear lip, one of the mounting sliders has just popped out, just gotta take the time to get my lazy azz on the ground and remove and reposition. but like i said warmer weather will be my push to do that.

and thanks to all my CT max shout-outs we gotta have a "its spring lets clean the **** outta our cars" meet

I was unaware Canadian AE's didn't have the aero kit. Thanks for clearing that up.

Exactly. It's got nearly 147,000 miles and it's still running strong as ever. Overall of the 13 cars I've owned it's by far my favorite. I'm even considering pickin up a 5.5 gen in the near future to add to the collection =)

The rear window spoiler looks surprisingly good on your particular car. I think its the color blends real nice.
