5.5 gen electronic climate control swap

I was just curios if you can plug and play an electronic climate control setup into the same year max that doesn't have the option for it,Wanted to see if anyone has done it and if the plug fits. Not interested in cutting or splicing anything.Think it would be a nice touch for the interior where as the bland looking **** setup is so plain looking.

I don't know for sure, but I HIGHLY doubt it. These things usually are a major PITA to install.

Take a good picture of the plug and harness on your manual climate control and post it. I can give you some idea, as I had my ACC out recently and have pics.

I was looking to do the same thing from what I read here on the org it more of a pain then what its worth. Like I said from what I read its more than changing the controls the auto A/C has sensor that monitors the cabin air and the manual doesn't.
