I need to replace the the cat on my daughters car due to the po430 code, I found a complete set of cats off a wrecked 01 Max for $30 but from what I have been reading here there seems to be a difference in the Cat systems between 2k non Cali cars and all the 01's Maxi's. My question is, is there a difference in them or can I use 2001 Cats on her 2000 non Cali car?

 

the y-pipe is different, so cats on the y-pipe won't match up
