Let's see if this triggers anything... now I can't do much becaue I'm in an apt with basic tools... the car seems like it builds pressure when its off but when its on its back to air in the clutch... I can go into any gear when the car is off however when its on I can only go into 2nd 4th and 6th... no reverse 1st 3rd and 5th, got to work in those gears and it was rough gettn it into all 3 of them

Does your pedal fall to the floor sometimes?

Does your pedal feel as if it has a dead zone untill you press it half way down?

Does it grab super close to the floor?

Fastest way? Swap M/C's with one of the seemingly thousands of Maxima members in your area and see if that takes care of the problem. I know you don't have a lot of tools, but it seems like you're listing a lot of symptoms and not actually eliminating anything for further diagnosis. Go get your hands dirty!

I changed the slav cyl, how did I not get my hands dirty??? I was also bleeding the clutch for about 2hrs......

To answer essential's question, yes it feels like there is a dead spot and then it have som pressure close to the floor... like I have to press in the clutch extremely hard to get itin gear and the engagement point seems like its .0000001* above that lol, you know how if you push in the clutch all th way its like neutral, naw that's like my engagement point, the car will move even a tad uphill

You wasted one hour and 40 minutes of diag time. Bleeding a clutch should only take 15-20 total if everything is functioning properly. So.... if the line isn't bled in 20 minutes, time to move on.

I'm only busting your ballz about the dirty hands thing. Sensitive in the morning?

There's also adjustment in the pedal itself. You can adjust how much the pedal presses into the slave cylinder. If your engagement point is as low as you say maybe your adjustment is off. Also just because your fluid isn't getting low doesn't mean you don't have a loose connection. When my swap was completed I had a tiny hole in the "jungle gym" line from it rubbing so I ended up just taking it out.

So your having the same problem I'm having right now. My slave cylinder is about a year and a half old straight from nissan so I highly doubt that's the problem. But I wont rule it out still. I ordered the ss clutch line to see if that changes anything. If not, i'll go ahead and get nother MC. If that doesnt solve it, I can almost gaurantee its the pressure plate. Mine is just an advanced auto pressure plate, so who knows how long that one is supposed to last...

I also thought it might be a problem with the adjustment with the clutch pedal. But I'm currently having the same problem with the way the clutch feels and it's been getting progressively harder to get into gears. But it was fine for a year and a half before this. So something else definately different. I'll try to adjust the pedal when I completely recover from this anesthesia to see if it aleviates it any, but I wanna get to the actual root of the problem you know. Not do something that will make it seem like its solved so it just doesnt get progressively worse again.

If what I wrote doesnt make sense, it's because of the anesthesia I was just on. lol. Just had a procedure done.

I went ahead and ordered a new MC also just because I have a gut feeling that's what it is. Only because there was a few times in the past when my MC went completely dry because of a leaky slave when I first did the swap. And I know running hydraulic systems dry can potentially cause blown seals.

Yours ever ran dry in the short time u had the car back hustle?

The only thing I question is in the AM it seems like I gotta build up pressure, not that I'm trippin cause now I have all 6 gears... moreso a question as to why and am I the only 1?

Now, it sounds like it's not bled completely. I use a small vacuum pump to assist when I'm bleeding my clutch.
