Lots and lots of engine vibration

I guess my motor mounts r shot the way my enginr vibrates. It shakes so bad my aem dry flo filter falls off, it could be off for days and i wont kno it until my car starts to feel sluggish and sounding funny.

Have someone hold the brake and give it a bit of gas in gear. Then watch for any engine movement.
