Clutch not working??? Need Help!

This morning on my way to work the clutch pedal on my 00 Maxima SE 5 speed went to the floor and I had to pull it back with my foot, needless to say it never engaged again, I was stuck in second gear all the way there, I live in a small town with 25mpg limit so I was fine and for my luck all the lights were green.
Anyhow I see a lot of puddles on the top of the tranny, I know one of the hoses or connections is bad, no fluid in the master cylinder.
After work I am going to replace everything with just one line from the Master Cylinder to the Slave Master Cylinder.
Here is my question: Does any one know what size are the bolt threads on the master and slave cylinder? I will run to the local shop to get the line but I need to know what size the threads should be?

Thanks!

I ran a line directly from the MC to SC and bled everything no problems... but I think that my transmission went out.... I only have second gear now
