Bank1 Sensor1 - Pre/post cat?

I'm not all too familar with the exhaust layouts on cars in general - but I have a code for this O2 sensor and was wondering if anyone could guide me in the right direction.

Is Bank 1 sensor 1 pre cat or post cat? The code reads that it concerns the heating circuit, which must mean it's post-cat?

Is this sensor hard to get to without a lift?

Thanks

Thanks - the diagrams here are helpful but not definitive by any means... I just wanted to confirm.

Since it's heated, regardless of if it's post/pre-cat, shouldn't it be a 4-wire heated sensor or is it only a plain o2 sensor (3-wire)?
