Mods on hold for a while
Had a wreck on my road bike and suffered a grade 3 shoulder separation. Bike frame split clean in two along the top tube. Between the ER, orthopedic specialist, a new frame and front wheel for my bike and missing two weeks of work, modding my car has to wait.
Other than maybe an NWP block plate and a test pipe, got to see how everything else falls out to see what is left for the car. At least I was able to find an AM600 MAF for my car before the wreck-didn't need one but wanted one on hand.
Now to figure out why I can't get on maxima.org at home, page never loads (Time Warner is my ISP). At my brother's right now.

Damn Scott...sorry to hear about your troubles. Our toys have to take a backseat sometimes to life. Hope you heal up okay and this accident doesn't put you in financial ruin. Even with health insurance and such, things get really expensive.

Apparently I will heal up fine without any surgery. Both sets of ligaments that hold the collar bone are history (I fell directly on my right shoulder) but the orthopedic specialist I saw said the pain would go away (down a lot now, range of motion is significantly better) and I'd get about the same level of strength and range of motion that I would with the surgery but with a significantly shorter recovery time. Looks like my bike is covered under my homeowners insurance minus a $250 deductible so if that goes through it will help out a lot.
The ER doc told me to keep my arm in a sling for 3-4 weeks, which meant not driving since my car is a 6 speed, but the specialist told me (a week later) to throw the sling in the trash and start using my arm. The range of motion would come back faster and the pain would lessen more quickly if I use my arm. He seemed particularly pleased that I had a 6 speed and said "drive your car".

Ouch. At least the max is okay :P
I'd change your DNS addresses (either on your router or just on your network adapter). ISP ones SUUUUUUCK. They update slow and have a tendency to go down (which will leave you without usable internet). Except Verizon. Those work pretty well.
I use Open DNS and Google's.
208.67.220.220 and 8.8.8.8
