Sunk clutch pedal question

I was driving home from work yesterday and went to shift into 4th,and my clutch pedal stuck on the floor and wouldn't spring back,so while rolling i jammed my foot under it and gave it a couple pumps manually pulling the pedal back up with my foot, after 3 or 4 pumps i got full pressure back and now it seems fine.I bled it a couple weeks ago too so idk.I'm guessing slave or master.Either way i ordered both of them from nissan today and only ran me like $130.00 bucks so i figured i should probably do them both. Was just curious if anyone else had this happen and if so if it was the slave or master.Anyone know if it's a pita or not to replace them ? slave looks manageably and master looks like a little bit of a bi***

My line going to the slave cylinder was leaking and sucked air into the line to cause the same problem. Make sure you trace the lines as well, and look for wetness.

Yep i replaced that rubber hose that goes from the slave to the junction box like 6 months back,So i guess its gotta be either the slave or master ? I'll know by the end of the week.

It's possible you still have air in the system. It took me and a friend of mine who is a mechanic about 2 hours to get all the air bubbles out... What a nightmare! Then again mine is a 5-speed, so I don't know how much different they are over a 6 speed hydraulic system.

Need some help here guys...I cracked the bleeder on the shock tower today to bleed my clutch and the pedal sunk down and usually it gets firm like 3 or 4 pumps after closing the bleeder.Today i wasn't so lucky and couldn't get a pedal back after bleeding it for like 20 minutes.it's never done this before but the other day when i was driving the car the pedal sunk to the floor and i had to pump it a few times to get it back, that was why i bled it today to see if there was an air pocket in there or something ???can't afford any down time and appreciate any feedback
