HELP ME PLZ

Whats up everyone, a few months ago my driver side wheel bearing started to go bad so a few weeks ago I've decided to change my front wheel bearings and hub assembly on both sides, whatever I do to 1 side I do to the other. After I installed the wheel bearings and hubs I started to hear a noise like a whistle you can barely hear it coming from my right wheel a couple of weeks later the sound started getting louder and louder to a point I can't stand the noise and its freaking me out. Whenever I turn to the right the sound goes away. I had a friend ride with me to check it out to see whats the problem he told me its my wheel bearings its sounds like metal is touching metal I didn't grease the bearings on both sides. I meet a dude that works for Nissan and he told me that you don't have to grease the wheel bearings b/c they already come greased up inside the bearings. I thought they went bad b/c I didn't grease them up but my driver side is good no noise or vibration. What could it be, I kinda rushed it when I installed everything back together b/c I was running a lil late to work but I know I installed everything correctly. Sometimes when I'm in first gear and move forward I feel play underneath the car like something is loose. Can someone plz help me out I don't feel safe driving my Max b/c I feel something bad might happen I need to fix this ASAP b/c it's my dd, any help would be great.

Thanks Jerseyboy

It depends which brand you buy for the bearings. Some come greased, and some do not.

When you say "play" what do you mean? Do you mean play in the steering or in the suspension itself?

the squeak...when was the last time you checked your brake pads b/c the "wear warning" will give you a squeak.

I bought the wheel bearings and hub assembly from NAPA. There's some play in the steering and I feel something shifting underneath the front end when I put it in 1st gear and slowly start to go? The play underneath the car started after I installed the W.B and Hub? Could it be my CV axles are going bad? I've changed my front bearings twice this being my second time and I replaced my both CV axles and lower control arms about 10k ago? I know for a fact its not my brakes because I checked them when I did my wheel bearings they are still good pads and rotors. i have a sound clip saved on my phone I can text to who ever wants to hear how it sounds just pm me your number.

play in steering = inner or outer tie rods

something shifting when you start to go in 1st = lower rear motor mount(torque mount)and possibly the lower front also. Crawl under their with flashlight and take a peek.

my $.02 is your hubs are just fine

Sounds like they're getting pressed in improperly or you have a damaged hub.

you sure it's not just the dust shield rubbing against the back of the rotor? Common problem when people do wheel/brake/hub/suspension work. Makes alot of noise....can sound like a grinding wheel bearing.

check that before you take everything apart again...

Hell, I only did wheel bearings (front only) once in 180k miles on my 5th gen, which also saw about 40 track/autocross days - very hard on bearings....

For some reason i dont have a dust shield on the right passenger side idk. Thats why I try to do everything on my own or with a buddy of mine and with the help of you guys, the org. I don't really trust these shops working on my car. I got a new hub and wheel bearing put on da Max and she's back on the road running strong, no more noise what a relief. It was a lil stressful putting back everything together didnt have the right set of tools with me. I couldn't bolt the tie rod because I didn't have an air gun so I called AAA told them I needed someone with an air gun to bolt on my tie rod and put my tire back on they told me they dont do mechanical work and that they'll try to send someone with a compressor and they did I got lucky lol. I must say when you got the right tools for the job almost anything is easy. Thanks everyone for your help.
