passenger side spring moving when i turn steering wheel

About a week ago I installed progress springs on my maxima, only the fronts because I had to go to work, the install was smooth without any problems.
First thing I noticed was slight noise from thefront driver strut when ging over bumps, but I'm almost certain is becaue of the stress on the stock strut.

Today I noticed that when moving the steering wheel full lock the spring will move a little, making noise while rubbing agains the rubber top part.

I've had afterarket springs before and never noticed anything lik that.
All the bolts and nuts are tight.

Any ideas?

I believe a bad strut mount causes this but I'm not sure.

sounds like the strut bearing

If the strut bearing is shot when you turn the steering wheel the spring will "wind up" then release with sort of a "boing" sound , for lack of a better description.
