Give me a little help guys. My car has been acting a little odd right now. It use to happen every now and again. On hot days after I drive for a while my transmission will stop pulling. It jumps out of gear and the rpm's go up. I noticed my radiator has a crack and is leaking. Could this be the reason this happens. My temp gauge is not showing hot and tranny fluid is full.

 

Check atf level when car is warm and running...and fix leak so tranny cools better

 

I'm no tranny guru, but from what I've learned, I would also change the fluid w/ a good drain/fill/drain/fill, etc, etc procedure to get all the old out. Probably have bad fluid in there now, too, from it getting too hot. Fix your rad issue first, though, obviously.
