door panel fixing...

I have been doing more maintenance and finishing touches on certain mods in my car lately since i had a lot of unfinished mods. well this is more of maintenance i guess but some of my door panels are scratched. I will show a picture below but if anyone has any ideas on how to fix this let me know.
