Cutting bump stop KYB Gr2 + Eibach spring

I am going to upgrade the suspension on my max with a set of KYB GR2 and Eibach springs. I just bought new spring boots and bump stops for the front struts and I read on the forum that the bump stops had to be cut. I am not sure where to cut the bump stop exactly so here are a few pictures of it. Can anyone help me out here and tell me where I should cut it? THX

I didn't think you had to cut the bump stops on a mild drop.

I read some people cut it, some didn't. I don't want to bottom out so I think I'd be better off cutting some of it.

I had Eibachs with KYB's and never needed to cut the bump stops.
