Motor swap and headers

My motor seized up last friday in my 2k3 6speed due to a failed pre-cat and a 60 mile commute after it blew, and im getting a 2005 motor installed. I want to do headers on for performance but mainly to eliminate the possibility of this ever happening again. I am having a shop do the work because i simply just do not have the time to do it and need my car back ASAP. I have done about 2 days of research on here and still have a few questions.

1) I found OBX V2 headers on Amazon. Anyone ordered through them?

2) I have read that there are issues with the 02 sensor bungs. What exactly is the problem with them? Do they absolutely have to be moved?

3) how much material must be removed form the cross member in order to ensure that there is no rubbing? any pics?

I am asking all of these things to inform the shop that will be doing the work. I am a very handy guy and i work at a fabrication shop and weld and grind all day, but dont have the time to do the swap myself. If I was doing the work i wouldnt even ask, but the shop needs to know these things before hand. I need to get this info so i can go ahead and order the headers so they dont hold the build date back. thanks
