How to remove painted cap off a side view mirror
Hi
Is it possible to remove the painted cap off a side view mirror? I'm about to order a non-painted driver-side side view mirror and was wonder if the painted cap can be swapped out. If so, how?

yes you can, do it very carefully or you will break the tabs

the easier way is to pop the mirror off and get it from the inside
