half throttle first - second HARD shift

ive been driving lately and noticed that at if im at half throttle my transmission makes a loud noise when its shifting from 1-2. i have a 2001 SE.. also i've looked around and i read something about the TSB and TCS (-- i think? any information on these? or if this is a sign of a bad tranny?

More information: the sound is like a clunk.. i can feel it lol it but the car is driving normally its not slipping or anything.. and also when i accellerate harder sometimes when it shifts the steering wheel goes to the right? sometimes it goes left and right while im holding the steering wheel straight... its an automatic transmission.. any help would be appreciated.. thank you.

Could be a bad transmission, but my first guess is your differential. How many miles are on the car. Btw, as long as the tranny is shifting positively and not slipping it is usually ok.

Check the motor mounts/torque mounts/tranny mounts.
