Autotrust Struts?

I searched found nothing on these. They come backed with 3 Year Warranty, they break or anything an theyll replace them if you ship back. All I need is one strut, driver side, its gone completely. Dont need aftermarket my oem feel is fine. Its like 68 dollars on special. Anyone heard anything or have any suggestions?

Don't have any info on these - but I don't advise mixing brands on front struts. These struts will likely have a different dampening rate than OEM, which will make the car handle not quite right. If all you need is one, try to buy an OEM off classifieds, plenty of sellers have OEM struts lying around.

Went with KYB GR2. Heard it's OEM feel. Hope it doesn't backfire

I installed my KYB-GR2s last week with my vogtland springs, all 4 corners. Absolutly love them. Perfect drop and it rides like a new car, couldn't be more pleased. You will like your kybs

KYB GR2 is stiffer than OEM, but that's a good thing.

It won't mess anything up. It will just handle slightly weird with different dampening rates in the front. Depending on how different they are, you may not even notice.

No problem, good luck.

Just one last piece of advice. If you are replacing the strut, I very strongly suggest replacing the strut mount/bearing and dustboot while you're in there. There is no additional labor involved and the parts are only about an extra $60 or so for that side. Moog strut mount (includes bearing) and an OEM dustboot.

After 115k miles, my OEM strut mounts were still in great shape... I still replaced them though because I had already bought the parts...

^^ this is very possible, but NE winters wreak havoc on rubber parts. It's more of a 'good to do' - dustboots especially.

Your priorities are slightly skewed, don't you think?

Handling and braking always take priority over power increases. Get two struts and call it a day. Wait another week or so till next paycheck (or however long it takes), then buy headers.

Again, don't take my word for it. Only take my comments as advice...

always replace the front or rear struts together for safety reasons.

^^ Agreed, anything that has to do with the handling or braking, I always replace in pairs: struts, brake rotors, pads, tires... otherwise the car becomes unbalanced and it can be dangerous...
