There is lots of them. Cattman, Megan and BRM to name a few. I personally have a Stillen rear section with a Cattman B- pipe and Megan test pipe.

On Amazon, you can get a direct oem muffler from Walker for about $120.00 that works great. I just replaced mine.

Nope, I did not notice a difference whatsoever when I replaced my OEM muffler (which has the flap and the Iconel material) with an aftermarket Bosal replacement. I think that's just a gimmick.

Most of the OE mufflers on 5th gens rust near the flange on the b-pipe side. If you want to save money, you might be able to get an exhaust shop to remove and replace that rusty flange area (if that's the problem). That's how my OE unit died, and I saved mine in case my aftermarket muffler blows, in which case, I'll get this OE one repaired and put back in.

Only thing is if you buy aftermarket, it won't come with the muffler tailpipe diffuser piece, and you'll need to get that from Nissan, part# 20080-3Y370 along with the mounting nut.

You won't notice any power loss.
