4 codes and a slight engine knock only at idle.
Well I just bought a 02 SE with 145,000 miles this month and not looking good The car runs great except at idle, sounds like a main bearing slightly knocking at idle, 1200 rpms and up its smooth and the knock goes away, So I'm not sure it is a bearing knocking, as i would think the knock would get louder with engine rpms. I got four codes P1800 [VIAS Solenoid] P0328 [knock sensor] P0303 [Cylinder 3 misfire] P1147 [02 Sensor bank 1 sensor 2] Anyone ever experience anything like this? I've searched and haven't found anyone with the same problem. I dont' think the VIAS Solenoid could cause me to misfire or knock, just affect performance from my understanding. I'm at a loss, is it a possible bad injector making it run lean and causing detonation, thats the only thing i could think of making it knock. Any help or insight would be much appreciated.
before I bought the car, the previous owner had both valve cover gaskets replaced, obviously new intake gaskets were put on, I spray starting fluid around the intake gasket so i dont think its leaking, evening if it was i dont think it would cause a knock? just a real bad miss and shaking right? this is my first 02 so im not sure with this 3.5

Well there are couple of things that could cause that misfire, which most likely the cause for the engine knock/shaking.
Id suggest you check the spark plug in the 3rd cylinder, try replacing that one alone. I had same 303 code when i bought the car and the reason was that the spark plug in that cylinder was not tightened well enough... It could also be a bad coil.
A bad knock sensor might also cause the engine knocking. Replace it.
Not sure if VIAS solenoid would cause any of the shaking, but someone else might have an input in that.
