Hold the vent switch forward and then backward for 10 seconds each. That should reset it.

Drop the control switch and ensure the connector hasnt separated from vibrations. I actually ziptied mine due to the subs vibrating it loose multiple times

oh well, it's too hot to even have the visor open, especially with black leather seats.

Mine has been starting to act up a bit. I hope its not going completely bad. But when I open it, or attempt to, it moves about half an inch then stops. Then I press the button again and it moves another half inch then stops... I've just stopped using it all together in fear of it getting stuck.

Sounds like it only works with the vent switch and not the slider eh? If that's the case, it's not dying on you, you just need to do the reset.

Open the sunroof all the way using the vent switch, pushing it as many times as needed, then close it completely using the vent switch. Once closed hold the vent switch in the roughly 10 seconds and then release. Try to open it using the slider, should work as normal.

It does it when I use the vent switch or the slider. But I'm gonna try the reset method and hopefully that works. Thanks!
