adjustment

Allright, I'll share my thoughts on this one since nobody is biting. Your sig lists a 6 speed swap, so clearly you've had the tranny off the engine.Did you install new clutch components-especially the throwout bearing? If by vibration, you mean the fork is loose and the play is causing a slight rattling, then I'd guess the pivot ball for the fork is not adjusted to the correct position, the fork cup where the fork contacts the pivot ball is damaged, or the fork is bent. All these situations might result in play at the fork and vibration. Good luck!

Thanks for the help. I do have all new clutch components. How do you adjust the pivot ball?

The clutch fork does vibrate a little normally. Not violent vibrating though . If it seems more then normal sounds like your clutch/fly wheel might be unbalanced..

No I mean balanced. Most people normaly never do it ( I never have ) , but aftermarket clutch setups can be balanced almost like a wheel.

Google it for more info I dont know the details.

how bad is the vibration?

I can look at the fork moving back and forth. Also when I depressed the clutch pedal I can feel it in the pedal.
