Changing my back speakers i want more (voice)
I replaced all four speakers in my non-Bose SE with Infinity Reference 6.5" components. The tweets have a switch to enhance the high's or leave alone. Since the speakers are so low in the rear, I enhanced the tweets on the two in the rear doors.
Since I was keeping the stock tweets in the front pillars operational, I decided to leave the front two tweets in the Reference speakers at their normal setting.
They are relatively inexpensive and great quality. They produce a good amount of midrange and I've not yet been able to overpower them up (well, once when I had volume up almost maxed and the song was bass heavy). I've simply utilized the internal filter of my deck to filter out below 120 on the speakers (sub set at 140 and below range).

Unless you're doing this for passengers in the rear, you'd do better to spend your money on higher quality speakers in the front. Or an even better Idea would be to get a good amplifier and hook it up to the stock Bose speakers, and tune it properly.
Replace the stock tweets. They're junk. I put Infinity Reference in mine and it made a great improvement, midrange and voice included.
You have to knock them down by 3-5 db with a voltage divider, (L-pad), as they are more efficient than the factory crapo ones. The drivers in the factory tweets are less than the size of my thumbnail.

I remember when I had my 97 maxima with BOSE system..it was nice...then rear driver speaker blew......I didn't know that you could not just go to the car audio store and get a speaker...you have to get another BOSE speaker.....went to dealer....they said $400 for ONE SPEAKER (because its BOSE and they have built in amps in each speaker)....I was like HELL NAW!!! Removed that WHOLE system and went aftermarket...sounded WAY better than that BOSE system ever did!! Component speakers up front and 3 way speakers in the back with ONE 12" sub.....nothing that rattled the whole dam street when I drove down it but it was fantastic....crystal clear....you could hear everything...chimes, dings, voices, bass, everything flowed together. My advice.....get rid of that BOSE crap.....go aftermarket....if you can.
see this is the thing my music is crazy i have to amp in the back and one is for the speakers in the inside and the other one is to my 2 12' inch speakers in the back..but i want it more louder and clearer
Would you please tell us if your car does or does no have the Bose system in it.

I had non-bose system in my 2K1 SE. All the speakers in the left side were dead. I blamed the HU (since volume **** didn't work) and replaced with Sony single-DIN. Left speakers didn't work anyway do I did 6.5" Kenwood 3-ways in the rear, 6.5" Blaupunkt components in front, and Blaupunkt tweets in pillars (didn't fit stock holder, so has my local stereo shop put those in). I could not be happier with the sound quality. It has a very nice surround effect to it.
For the door speakers, my stocks were integrated into the bracket, so I gutted them out and soldered the wires to the socket tabs in order to not hack the stock sockets and leaving it open to future speaker changes without having to re-solder. New speakers sat in perfect, just screwed them on to the original bracket frame.

How about you tell us what you have currently? If you're on the stock headunit, change that out first. The BOSE speakers are decently capable but the signal they recieve is crap. The best place to ask audio questions is in the audio subforum, posted above.
