Anyone have any pics of CustomMaxima's old bright red 5th gen

For some reason the other day I remembered that bright red Maxima that the old Custommaxima had at least I think it was them. But I liked the color from what I remember and I was wondering if anyone had any pics of it because I can't seem to find any on the web. Thanks.

For all it's uniqueness, don't forget to take into account that this picture is taken from 3" off the ground. Beautiful car, to be sure. And this image is very cool. I'm just saying, the camera angle has a lot to do with what makes this shot so exotic.

I don't really like that rear bumper though... I think PulsarGTS rear diffuser would look great on that car...

isn't that the "jdub" front bumper(and possibly Jdub max), named so after the member/vendor who was producing them?

You took the words right out of my fingers. Since I've been lately considering this bumper I've been thinking about the fog placement (gotta have em). I would probably mount Altima SE-R style fogs in there and cover up the remaining area w/ custom cut abs plastic.

I'm glad you guys got this cleared up. The candy apple red maxima with the fender flares is definitely Jdubs maxima. I don't believe he is apart of the .org anymore. He made the body kit (no fender flares included) for awhile, but it is no longer in production. The only way you can get your hands on it is if someone is selling it that previously bought one. You can find them here in the for sale section very rarely.

As the pictures show the red/orange maxima is from CustomMaxima.

I'd love to get my hands on one of those front bumpers! Looks like some BMW fogs might fit right in there...

i also thought about running this bumper on my 5.5 gen, than i thought about the whole issue with the fog lights.. and most of all idk about any one else here but im not boosted soo i wouldnt have a intercooler in the front like he did! lmao always wonder how i would take care of that big open front.
anyone has ideas?

I have recently installed front and read JDub bumpers on my 2000 maxima, I bought the bumpers from a member on the org in march (Doublea).

I have cut out the original nissan grille from my old bumper and installed it onto the JDub bumper. I don't have an intercooler but rather a rusty radiator mount so I installed a homedepot honeycomb type mesh painted flat black I shaped it so that it sticks out in the lower opening.
I did not have fog lights on the original bumper and after looking at a few pictures of other maximas with the front JDub bumper who installed rectangle fog lights so I decided to go with wire mesh instead also painted black it looks better.
There's no way of mounting fogs without it looking funny unless you mold your own piece of plastic to hold a round fog and fit into the rectangle openings of the bumper. I also made smaller mesh inserts for the bottom slits bellow the fog holes painted black.
I will post pics tomorow.
