Relay Box

I bought a 2002 Maxima and trying to get it back up and running. The relay box that sits between the driver's side headlight and the battery was removed. All of the relays are loose. I purchased a new box. Now, I have no idea which relay goes where. 3 of the relays are brown and look the same. Can anyone help me with this problem? I want to put the relays back in the correct location of the new box.

When you look on the bottom of the relays, the connections will be different for the different types of relays. The 3 tan relays are probably the radiator cooling fan relays which have 6 connections on the bottom. If you can plug it into the socket, you'll be ok.

Did you get the plastic cover for the relay box? It shows the names of which relay goes in what spot. I know that the names won't really help you. Hopefully someone can post a photo for you. Here is the diagram from the service manual.

Thanks for your picture. I did purchase the relay cover as well, which identifies the names of the relays. I will try to use the picture to see if I can figure it out.

Either of these 2 sites:

http://boredmder.com/FSMs/Nissan or http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/maxima

Each chapter of the manual is a separate file.
The file named fwd.pdf is the "cover page" file, the starting point.
The file named idx.pdf is the alphabetical index file.
