O2 Sensor Voltage Readings?

Does anyone know how to make sense out of O2 sensor voltage readings? Based on 12 readings during a test drive I found:

Bank 1 Sensor 1
Min .17
Mean .70
Max .94

Bank 1 Sensor 2
Min .14
Mean .75
Max .85

Bank 2 Sensor 1
Min .02
Mean .56
Max .92

Bank 2 Sensor 2
Min .07
Mean .53
Max .74

I looks like the sensors are functioning so I guess that the P0430 code is due to the pre-cat. I'm way out of my league when it comes to emissions stuff so I guess I'll need to take it to a repair shop to diagnose. BTW I'm using an Actron CP9180 OBD tool.

bank 2 sensor 2 seems to be operating below normal in comparison to the other bank 2 sensor which runs at .11 higher than it.

All your sensors are fine. The P0430 is because of the pre-cat as you have said. If you really want to verify, you will need to plot B2S2 (and B2S1) together. Go on the highway and after keeping the car at about 55-60 mph for a mile, take your feet off the gas pedal on a level road. If B2S2 starts following B2S1 (i.e. similar switching frequency) your bank 2 pre-cat (front bank) needs replacing.

Given you have own OBD tool, you are already ahead of 90% of the shops or mechanics!
