Center console vibrating

On my 2003 Max, the center console seems to be loose on the bottom end. When driving at higher speeds, it begins to make a rattling/vibrating sound. When this is happening, if I put pressure on the bottom side of the console, the noise goes away. I have had "professionals" that disassembled the center console in the past to install audio system, etc. but this was years ago and it has been fine until recently. So my questions are...

Has anyone experienced this issue?
How should I go about troubleshooting? Where should I look first?
Any suggestions/tips for a fix to this issue.

Thank you

I would tighten down every screw you find first. Then if it keeps on, something might be broken.

Have you checked all the screws are tight that hold the console and radio etc. in place?
If not, evalyn's write up of how to install an ipod/iphone interface has pictures of where all the screws are located. (Althought the write-up has nothing to do with your problem.)

Late following up on this but after taking out the ash tray and panel right above it, I could see one of the screws was loose. IIRC, it was one of the screws for the radio. I tightened it up and all is well. Thanks for the input.
